Nursery Admissions - 2023/2024
If your child was born between 1 September 2019 and 31 August 2020 you may apply for a nursery place for your child to begin in September 2023.
The application period is open from Monday 16th January until Thursday 6th April. If you are a resident of the London Borough of Bexley applications for admission to nursery school can be made online by visiting www.bexley.gov.uk/admissions. Paper application forms are also available from the School Admissions Team at the Civic Offices Contact Centre in Bexleyheath during the application period. Residents of other boroughs must complete a paper application form, as the online system is only open to Bexley residents.
Please note: At Bedonwell Infant & Nursery School nursery places are allocated randomly and it is not possible to request a particular morning or afternoon session. If your child is successful in gaining a place in our nursery, you will be notified of the allocated session upon receipt of your acceptance.
30 Hours Nursery Provision
We have a small number of 30 hours nursery places available subject to availability. Please contact the school office for more information.

Bedonwell Infant & Nursery School
Admission to junior school is by application only - there is no automatic transfer from the infant school. Application should be made to the junior school of your choice, between September and January, when your child reaches year 2. To assist you, your child will receive an application form via the infant school during the application period, but please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure application is made to the junior school at the relevant time.
AS THE SCHOOL IS OVERSUBSCRIBED IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION ON TIME WHEN APPLYING, AND TO INCLUDE INFORMATION REGARDING SIBLINGS ALREADY AT EITHER BEDONWELL INFANT & NURSERY OR BEDONWELL JUNIOR SCHOOLS.
